Paramotoring and Microlight Flying are Hazardous Activities

Before entering or participating in any activities at this location, either as an observer, pilot or passenger, you must read and agree to the following or leave the site immediately.

Brooklands (Site 1) and Grange Farm (Site 2)

1. I accept that flying site at Brooklands Farm or Grange Farm is permitted only on the basis that the owners make no warranty or other undertaking that the site is either suitable, or safe, for flying. In this respect the owners will not be liable for any accident and consequential loss arising from any incident whatsoever.

2. I accept that flying from the site is done informally amongst a group of unconnected enthusiasts with a range of skills and competencies. Because of the risky nature of the activity, accidents do happen. In this respect neither the group nor its members, bears any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any incident occurring on the site.

3. I will behave responsibly. You must not fly unless you are fully trained and competent to fly with the equipment you intend to use. You must observe all current CAA regulations relating to this type of flying as well as other current good practices.

4. Before flying, I will familiarise myself with local restrictions on low flying. The site is available to the group only on the basis of ‘good neighbour’ behaviour; you will be asked to leave the site if you infringe any low flying restriction.

5. I enter the site and engage in flying and all other activities entirely at my own risk.
