As a ParamotorsUK user, you understand that the content of all ads, including notices, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sound posted on the site or linked from the site is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originates. You as a ParamotorsUK user are entirely responsible for the content of all the ads you post and email messages you may communicate to other users.

ParamotorsUK Classifieds is not responsible for the outcome of any negotiations, transactions that may take place between a person posting and a second person replying, in other words ParamotorsUL is not responsible for any communication between buyer and seller.

By posting your ad on ParamotorsUK Classifieds, you understand that your ad will be available for 3 months before it is deleted.

The use of this Classifieds site is restricted to individuals selling personal property and/or items. It is not for commercial use and we reserve the right to delete or prevent such classifieds and/or prevent such companies from placing classifieds on the site.

ParamotorsUK has the sole discretionary right to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the service immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any ad if ParamotorsUK believes you have violated the terms and conditions of the service. ParamotorsUK is not liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service.

By using this service you agree not to post ads, notices or send email that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way.

By agreeing to use this service you acknowledge that ParmotorsUK reserves the right at any time to modify this service including the introduction of paid services and holds the right to discontinue the service with or without notice, and that ParamotorsUK shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
